SPSE Salary Analysis

SPSE sends out an analysis of LLNL salaries to our members on an annual basis. Years ago, the analysis was put on microfiche, but that media has become obsolete. It is, however, still often referred to as "the fiche." It is now distributed as an email attachment.

Each file compare the salaries of LLNL employees from the January of one year with the January of the next. It includes the difference between the two salaries and the percentage of change. SPSE members, who have requested them, usually receive the analysis in April. (In some years, it is distributed later because of delays in salary raises.)
