Let's Show Solidarity for Our Upcoming Bargaining Session
On July 10th, our bargaining team will be meeting with management for an all day negotiation session. Our team has put together a comprehensive proposal to present to management, outlining all of our unit's priorities. To support our team, and show management we are united, we will be wearing our black UPTE t-shirts.  If you do not have a t-shirt, please contact the SPSE-UPTE office at 925-449-4846 or one of your bargaining team members to arrange to pick one up.

Unit Meetings
Members of the skilled trades unit meet every Tuesday night to talk about developments in the campaign to get a contract, mobilizing, and negotiation strategy. To hear the latest or to get involved, feel free to come by. We meet from 5-7 pm, Tuesday nights, at the SPSE-UPTE office which is located at 4047 First Street, Suite 200 in Livermore.

UPTE Executive Board Meeting
Our parent union, University Professional and Technical Employees, UPTE 9119, will be holding its bi-monthly executive board meeting in Livermore this coming weekend. Members are encouraged to attend and meet our union's leadership from around the state, and share their stories of what it has been like fighting for a good first contract.
