SPSE Executive Board Member Doug Clarke has reviewed the latest UC/DOE contract and discusses some of the clauses that have changed since the contract was last renewed. Changes of interest include: removal of employees from work on the contract, whistleblower protection, and the UC pension plan.

On Monday, July 31, 2000, SPSE's Larry Madison, Bill O'Connell, and Robert Kim Yates met with the Lab's Robert Perko (LLNL Office of Staff Relations) and John Gilpin (LLNL Office of Contract Management) to ask them questions about the future of the University's administration of the weapons labs for the Department of Energy.
